Sarah is no stranger to Exmouth as the original owner of Sarah Dunn & Co, where she brought a wealth of experience to the buying and selling of properties accrued since the age of 15. A short break (in real estate terms) has brought her back to where the company was originally founded - a new model for a new age. Sarah believes that the current trend of internet based agencies are fine in a push button world, but lack the ability to deal with the most important part of the process - PEOPLE. And it is this thinking that has caused the latest chapter in the Sarah Dunn story - quality service, from an experienced and knowledgeable agent who believes in serving both sides of the property transaction with equal professionalism.

My name is Daniel And I'm the owner of Clear View Mortgage Advice, I have been helping people with their finances for close to a decade. I first joined the industry in the Halifax branch in Exmouth. I worked for Halifax for just over 6 years, in my time their I worked with some truly inspirational people and discovered my love of mortgages. I left Halifax to work with a national estate agent as a mortgage broker. I learnt that the mortgage market is a very large place with many competitive banks around, and that more lenders means more choice, meaning better mortgage rates and being able to find mortgages for customers that I may not have been able to help in the past. This led me to start up Clear View Mortgage Advice, a whole of market service with lots of choice when it comes to Mortgage lenders. It has also given me the opportunity to work around my two young children helping with the school run, as I work evenings and weekends as well as during the day. This is great for my customers that tend to work 9-5 Monday to Friday, as rather than taking holiday to visit a bank during the day, I can visit them in the comfort of their own house at a time and day that suits them. I cover East Devon which is a beautiful place, and where I met my Beautiful wife whom hails from Exmouth. We have lived in East Devon for the past 10 years and wouldn't live anywhere else in the world.
