SARAH DUNN is no stranger to the Property Industry, having started her career path as a 13 year old when she wrote to Royal Life Estates Ltd asking for a job. Undaunted by the response “Get in touch when you’ve left school” she joined them as soon as she was able.

This was followed by an Apprenticeship with Allen & Harris, one of the largest agencies in Wiltshire, with whom she become their youngest Branch Manager at the age of 18. Always on the lookout to build her experience portfolio however, this was followed by working in the highly competitive markets of London with Royal Life Estates again, as well as their offices in Bath, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire, before moving to Exeter. Her funniest moment at the time was requiring a reference for Princess Anne’s son during his time as a student. Sarah, being undaunted as ever wrote to his Grandmother for a reference!

And it was this knowledge, coupled with her attention to detail and her attitude to excellent Customer Service, that brought her initially to Exmouth to first found SARAH DUNN & Co in 2001. In a short period of time she built the business, at a relatively young age, to be the Market Leader in the Exmouth and South Devon area.

Sarah closed the business due to family reasons (the early passing of her Father, George, ex Hercules Training Captain and Q400 Fleet Manager with FlyBe at Exeter) and moved back to the original family home. However, this did not stop her continuing to excel in the Property business, working with Paul Vitti, in Royal Wootton Bassett. It was this location that increased her links with the Military  and became involved in the town preparations for the repatriations, from the Gulf and Afghanistan conflicts, of deceased Service personnel on the journey from RAF Lyneham to their onward destinations. It is this involvement, coupled with her Military connections, that has made her desire to give back to the community, through charitable donations, that has become one of the cornerstones of the re-birth of SARAH DUNN & CO

Sarah has returned to Exmouth and her intention is to re-introduce the same high, professional standards that she has always been renowned for, by introducing a superior, bespoke, Estate Agency business which puts the Customer first. This will be achieved by the internet, telephone and, most importantly, personal, one to one service – thereby continuing her ethos of  “A BUSINESS BUILT ON RECOMMENDATION!”
